Exchanges/Returns:
We will gladly exchange any item that is unused and in its original condition.
We do not accept returns at this time unless the item is wrong and its our fault. This is because of the nature of the equipment.
ALL BEE PURCHASES
For packaged bees pick up will in April 2011. We will email or call with pick up times when the date gets closer.
Terms and Conditions
· We offer no guarantee--implied, oral or written for any of our bees. We must do this simply because we have no control of what you do with your bees.
· Before you leave our premises, you are responsible for the inspection of bees, packaging or boxes. You assume full responsibility of the bees, the packaging container the bees come in or on, and the appropriate disposal of said container. Once you leave, you are fully responsible for any and all losses or accidents.
· All payments for Queens , and Bee Packages are NON REFUNDABLE.
· These are live insects and if you are requesting shipping they must go next day delivery.
This is UPS requirements not ours.
When purchasing a mail order package you assume FULL responsibility, we are unable to make any guarantees.
Rest assured that on the day of pick up we are not going to give you a package of dead bees.
We pride ourselves on customer service and quality.
Before you leave our premises we will do whatever we can to fulfill our commitment to you.
Shipping Terms:
We are NOT responsible for bees left at the delivery location.
We recommend that you or someone receives the bees in person.
These are live animals and cannot withstand being exposed in their cages in the elements.
All Ship Dates are TENATIVE, we will email you with an expected ship date, however due to weather and conditions out of our control we may not hit that date. We will email or call you and communicate with you any change in dates. Please be patient with us, we will care for the bees the entire time they are in our custody.
