Screened bottom boards is made to aide in controlling mite infestations. When used with the sticky board it will make it so that the mites once they fall to the bottom will not be able to climb back up to the bees. The mites become trapped and die. You can also use to montior if you have a mite infestation or not. This is a natural way to control mites.
Sticky board prevents mites from climbing back into the hive and re-infecting the bees. Use with the screened bottom board for best results. Has a convient gridline to monitor infestation.
